In this process we manufactured equal size pallet for Pharmaceuticals and Foods.

Mixed the powder with liquid and made dough (Machine –Sigma Mixer-“Z” Blade Mixer)

Mixed dough material to be extruded (M/c. – Extruder- Axial or Redial type )

5. Pallets Making Process-2
In this process we manufactured unequal
size pallet for Agro chemicals, Chemicals & Catalysts Industries

Powder- Row Material
Dry powder rotated on inclined disc type pan and that time liquid spray on the material so powder agglomerated and than agglomerated granules rolling and get size bigger due to continually spraying. In this process we get unequal size pallet.(M/c. –Palletizer)

After those Pallets are inspected and packed in Bag.
6. Pallets Coating Process
In this process we coated automatically equal
size pallets for Pharmaceuticals and Foods.

Equal size Pallets made form Process of Extruder & Spherodizer system.
The pallet fill in the container of Fluid Bed Coater and spraying the coating solution by bottom spraying system and the will be dried the pallet in the same machine.
(Machine – Fluid Bed Coater with Wurster Coater/ Bottom spraying system.)

7. Liquid Syrup Manufacturing Automatic Process
Process: 1 Automatic Sugar Syrup Manufacturing Process

Step:1 Sugar Grading & sieving Process (Machine – Vibro Sifter)
Step:2 Sugar Transfer in the sugar melting vessel (Machine – Vacuum Transfer System)
Process
Step:3 Sugar Melting Process by Sugar and D.M.water mixed and heated in sugar melting vessel so sugar is malted (Machine –Sugar Melting Vessel)

Step:4 Melted Sugar to be filtered for removing impurity of solid particles and transfer the manufacturing vessel (M/c. Basket Filter and Transfer Pump)

Step:5 Syrup manufacturing by adding drugs & ingredient in malted sugar and mixed by stirrer and high speed homogenizer with heating. Also the material re circulated in the vessel after that readiness of syrup it will be cooled by cooling system. (Machine –Syrup Manufacturing Vessel)

Step:6 Cooled syrup will be transfer through inline homogenizer and filter press for homogenize mixing and filtered up to 5 microns size in storage tank.

Step:7 The syrup is storage in the storage vessel and when transfer to the filling machine that time mixed by stirrer. (Machine –Storage Tank)

8. Liquid Syrup Manufacturing Semi Automatic Process
Process: 1 Semi Automatic Sugar Syrup Manufacturing Process

Step:1 Sugar Grading & sieving Process (Machine – Vibro Sifter)

Step:4 The syrup will be transfer to storage vessel through inline filter press and than cool the syrup in storage vessel.

Step:5 The syrup is storage in the storage vessel and when transfer to the filling machine that time mixed by stirrer in the storage vessel and passed through Colloid mill for homogenize mixing. (Machine –Colloid Mill)

9. Ointment/ Cream / Tooth Paste /Gel Manufacturing Automatic Process
Step:1 Water Phase: Fill D.M. water in water phase vessel than heated and stirring

Step:2 Wax Phase: Fill wax in wax phase vessel than heated and stirring
(Wax Phase Vessel with stirrer & jacketed)

Step:3 Melted wax and heated water will be transfer to in the Ointment/ Cream/ Tooth Paste/Gel Manufacturing Vessel by Vacuum Transfer system and mixed in the vessel. Than added drugs and ingredient with Heating, stirring and high speed homogenizer. Also the material re circulated in the vessel and Vacuumised for evaporate of the d (Machine –Ointment Manufacturing Jacketed Vessel with stirrer, High speed Homogenizer, Vacuum Pump and lid lifting system)

Step:4 The material will be transfer to inh the storage tank by bump pump
(M/c. Bump Pump)

Step:5 The material will be store in the storage tank and this tank having facility for heating and trolley wheel for move to filling area. (Machine –Storage Tank)

Step:6 The storage tank carry to filling machine by manually and the material will be heated by hot water circulation for easy transferring high viscous material by metering pump to the hopper of filling machine . (M/c- Metering Pump)

Step:7 The Ointment/ Cream will be fill and seal by filling machine and packed by packing line machinery. (Machine –Filling & Sealing and Packing Line Machinery)

Step: 8 Automatic washing of all vessel and Tank by CIP system

Please Note that the Triple Roller Mill will be used for proper mixing and reduced particle size of basic powder material and removing water and liquid content from final materials


10. Ointment/ Cream / Tooth Paste /Gel Manufacturing Semi Automatic
Step:1 Water Phase & Wax Phase & Manufacturing Phase: Fill D.M. water in than heated and stirring after that added wax in the same container than again stirring and heated. After complete melting and mixing of wax than to be added drugs and ingredient in same container and mixed by stirrer.
(Machine: Planetary Mixer with stirrer & jacketed)
Step:2 The Mixed material will be passed through colloid mill for particles size reduction and homogenize mixing than transfer to storage tank.. (Machine: Colloid Mill)

Step:3 The material will be store in the storage tank and this tank having facility for heating and trolley wheel for move to filling area. (Machine –Storage Tank)
